Authorization and Statement of Financial Responsibility
费用的支付/支付承诺

滞纳金: I understand and agree that if I fail to pay my student 账户 bill or any monies due and owing 华人博彩论坛 by the scheduled due date, 华人博彩论坛 will assess late payment at the rate of $100 on the past due portion of my student 账户.
代收费用: I understand and accept that if I fail to pay my student 账户 bill or any monies due and owing 华人博彩论坛 by the scheduled due date, and fail to make acceptable payment arrangements to bring my 账户 current, 华人博彩论坛 may refer my delinquent 账户 to a collection agency. 我进一步了解到 if 华人博彩论坛 refers my student 账户 balance to a third party for collection, I agree to reimburse 华人博彩论坛 the fees of any third party which will be calculated at the maximum amount permitted by applicable law and/or 可能是基于债务的一个百分比. 届时费用将全额付清 转介给第三方. I authorize 华人博彩论坛 and its agents and contractors to use automated telephone dialing equipment, artificial or pre-recorded voice or text messages, and personal calls and emails, in their efforts to contact me. 而且，我理解 that I may withdraw my consent to call my cellular telephone using automated telephone dialing equipment by submitting my request in writing to The Office of Records and Advising or in writing to the applicable contractor or agent contacting me on behalf 华人博彩论坛的教授.
